Wuxi Soyat Branch of Nanjing Automobile Group Corporation Ltd. is the fourth integrated production base following Yuejin, Nanjing Iveco and Nanjing Fiat and also the second production base of saloon cars. It locates at Wuxi, the center of the Hangzhou-Shanghai-Nanjing triangle, covering an area of 640 mu.
Wuxi Soya tows three auto brands, namely Soyat saloon cars, Soyat-Unique utility vehicles, Soyat-Junda. The technology of Soyat saloon cars and Unuigi utility vehicles is completely from the most representative IBIZA model of Spain Seat Company. The engine is tailor designed by German Boxster, and this model has a reserved quantity of 2 million in Europe , and has won several champions of European Race. In January, 2005, the Company decided that Junda products would be produced by Soyat company and over 30 technical upgrading was done on the prerequisite that the original technological edge would remain, which has brought Soyat-Junda to more perfection. Soyat series have got export orders of over 10000 sets this year and the exports have gained extensive recognition.
